ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed. All bills raised by the O.P. to the account of the complainants credit card after 27.11.2003 are quashed. The outstanding balance as on 27.11.2003 shall carry no interest and shall be payable by the complainant within two months from the date of this order failing which the O.P. shall be at liberty to recover the same under the process of law. The O.P. shall pay compensation of Rs.5000/- to the complainant within two months from the date of this order failing which the amount shall carry interest at the rate of 8% p.a. after two months from the date of this order till the date of payment. The O.P. is directed to pay cost of Rs.2000/- to the complainant within two months from the date of this order. Send this copy of the order to the O.P. by RPAD and to the complainant by COP.
