ORDER

O R D E R A. Rajesh, President. The opposite parties have filed a statement on 30-7-2008 to waive all the disputed allied charges in respect of Credit Card bearing No. 52038601 54088000, with a view to keeping good relationship with the complainant and not to protect the legal proceedings in the Forum. The above said statement underlines that all the out standing charges pertaining to the above credit card account has been reversed fully. It is stated categorically that no amount is outstanding against the complainant in favour of the opposite party in respect of the aforesaid credit card. In that view of the matter, the complaint stands disposed of Pronounced in the open Forum on this the 22nd day of August 2008.
