ORDER   CERTIFICATE OF RECOVERY U/s 25(3) OF      CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.                           Whereas, the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Thane District, Mumbai in Execution Application No. 4 of 2011 has passed the order on 01 July 2011. It is hereby certify that under Section-25(3) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, a sum of Rs. 2,33,084. /-, @14% p.a. w.e.f. 10/10/1996 till final realization, Compensation Costs of 5,000/- due to the Complainants from the above Opposite parties / Judgment Debtors, as per order passed by Hon’ble State Commission, Maharashtra State in Appeal No. 1123/07 in C.C.No. 45 of 1997 and that the Collector of Thane District shall proceed to recover the said amount from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgment Debtors in the same manner as arrears of land revenue.                    Further, the Collector Thane shall recover the execution charges, if any either on ad-hoc basis or actual basis as per rules from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgment Debtors along with the amount for which this recovery certificate is issued.                    The Certificate is given on this  5th July 2011.
