ORDER

Mr. Vijay Kapoor appears in person and heard for some time with reference to the prayer where the appellant seeks only two relief:- (a) Setting aside of the impugned order, and (b) Award of cost of the appeal. At this stage Mr. Vijay Kapoor seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. Permitted to withdraw is granted. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is also granted to file a fresh appeal within a period of 10 weeks of this order.
