On call none entered appearance for the parties to this revision petition. On 13-06-2022 Mr. R.K. Mour, learned counsel, for the respondent appeared. As submitted by him, it was directed to the learned counsel for the revision petition to serve a copy of the revision petitioner to Mr. Mour. On 13-06-2022 counsel for the revision petitioner was absent though the said direction was passed with an observation that further absence of the counsel for the revision petitioner, adverse order would follow.

             Today, as the counsel for the revision petitioner is absent, as such, this revision petition stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
