                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.30 p.m.  but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  For the last several hearings nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant.  In this case vide 16.09.2013 an application for impleading the company was allowed and thereafter case was adjourned for filing the amended title and notice to the OP on filing of registered cover and copy of complaint etc.  But after a number of adjournments or about 3 years, the amended title has not been filed by the complainant nor he has filed the registered cover and notice on complaint etc. for notice to the OP.  This complaint was filed by the complainant on 14.09.2011 and still it is at the stage for notice to the OP who has been made party to the complaint.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  The complaint has become about 5 years old due to the failure on the part of the complainant to file the amended title and RC etc.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
