The O.P.s filed a Memo of appearance in early date and filed a time petition to day on the matter stated therein. The complainant present personally and filed a withdrawal petition on the ground stated he do not want to proceed with this case any further as he has settled the matter outside the forum.

As the complainant do not want to proceed with the case is hereby dropped as withdrawn accordingly the case is disposed of.
