ORDER:

 

                       Neither complainant nor any authorized person on her behalf appeared on the last two hearings. Today also none has put into appearance on behalf of the complainant despite repeated calls since morning. In the interest of justice Accountant of this Forum contacted Sh.R.M.Sharma, Advocate who was previously counsel for the complainant on his mobile phone and informed him about the date of hearing  fixed for today,  but despite that none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is already 4.15PM. No further wait is justified. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
