Today is fixed for compliance of the order No.5 dated 19.5.2015 passed in MA Case No.34/2015. Both the contesting parties have filed their respective haziras.
The case is taken up for hearing. During the course of hearing the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the O.Ps. have complied with the direction as mentioned in order No.5 dated 19.5.2015 passed in MA Case No.34/2015.
The complainant himself is present. He had admitted that he has got back the vehicle as mentioned in the impugned order under execution. So, we are of the opinion that the order No.5 dated 19.5.2015 as mentioned above has been fully satisfied. Hence, it is
