ORDER

Complaint presented today. Office report perused. Complainant tendered a statement before this Commission that there are some technical defects in the present complaint and he wants to file a fresh complaint after rectifying the defects on the same cause of action and requested for permission for filing the same. Besides it, he also stated that original documents may also be returned to him and present complaint may kindly be filed.

                             In view of the statement so tendered by the complainant counsel, the present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the permission is granted to file a fresh complaint on same cause of action after rectifying the defects in it. Original documents, if any, may be given to learned counsel for the complainant after retaining photo copy of the same on the file. Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
