Statement of Smt.Rajit Kaur and Sh.Jagdish Singh, both the Complainants in Person along with Counsel Sh.Sanjeev Bali, Advocate recorded that due to some technical defects in the present complaint, they withdraw the present complaint. Permission may kindly be granted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by both the Complainants in Person along with Counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the complainants to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action. File be consigned to the record room.
