                Complaint against OP No.3 already dismissed.

 

                        Case called several times since morning. It is 3.30 P.M. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. From the perusal of order sheet, it is appraised that complainant is not appearing from last four (4) continuously hearing. Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant subject to last opportunity.  The case pertains to the year 2012. It seems that complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
