2. Cholamandlam Investment & Finance Company Ltd., SCO No.9, Sector-25, Phase-1 G.T. road, behind Malik Patrol Pump Transport Nagar, Panipat.
3. Cholamandlam Investment & Finance Company Ltd., SCO No.193, basement ground and first floor, Sector12 city Centre Karnal, through its Manager Chander Mohan Singh Rawat.

Present:   Sh. Subhash Mittal, complainant in person alongwith Sh. Sudhanshu Kaushik, Advocate.

                Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OPs.

                       

               

                  Today the case is fixed for recording the statement of the complainant.

                 At this stage, complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs and complainant has received the relevant documents, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                   In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
