16.08.2017                The case is fixed today for filing of Written Version. The complainant is present personally along with his advocate and filed a petition on the ground that the matter of dispute has been settled in between the parties outside the court and the complainant wants to withdraw the case. Heard from the complainant.

                                    As the matter has been settled amicably within the parties and the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.

                                    Accordingly the case is disposed of.
