ORDER

The case is placed before this GrahakMadhyasthataSamadhanheld on 18/03/2023 at D.C.D.R.C, Birbhum at 10:30 am.

                The complainantSamrat Roy is present. He is duly identified by his lawyer. Original copy along with xerox copies of the repair bills have been submitted. The other side i.e. Insurance Company is also present. The OP is represented by Ld. Advocate KalaynAsisDhar. Letter of authority is on record. Heard both sides. The concerned letter reflects that Rs. 1,15,000/- (One lakh fifteen thousand only) has been sanctioned by the Insurance Company as payment of compensation on the basis of mutual agreement. Petitioner has no objection to the said amount and he is ready to receive the same.

Hence,

                                                that the Case No. CC/22/2022be and the same is disposed on compromise.

                The Insurance Company is directed to issue the cheque as soon as possible preferably by 3^rd April, 2023.
