       Complainants are absent on call. No step taken on their be half. Perused the complainant petition and documents filed by the complainants. Eleven complainants have filed this case jointly. There is no material available on record to show that , all the complainants have same cause of action against the same O.Ps. The complainants have also not taken any step as required U/S13(6) of the C.P. Act. Hence the joint complainant petition is not maintainable.

          Accordingly the case is dismissed as not admitted.

                        Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  16^th   day of   August  2019.
