                    Case called several times since morning but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  It is now 3.15 p.m.  This case is pending for notice to OP no. 2 since it filing on 09.04.2013.  The OP no. 2 could not be served for want of registered covers and correct address.  The complainant despite availing several opportunities for a period over 3 years has failed to comply with the order of this Court.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.    Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the orders and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
