Sh.Joginder Singh, complainant is present. As per the direction issued by the Hon’ble State Commission vide order its order dated 31.8.2021, a cheque of Rs. 25984/- bearing No.966745 dated 2.1.2019 was received by this Commission for disbursement of the same to the complainant which is lying with this Commission. As per the report of the ahlmed, no stay has been received from the Hon’ble National Commission. Let amount of Rs.25984/-  in the shape of cheque be disbursed to the complainant against proper receipt and identification. Present Misc.application is disposed of accordingly.
