2. Cholamandlam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd. having its Branch office at Sector-12, Karnal through its Branch Manager.

                   Complaint under section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Present:    DH/complainant in person.

                   Shri Rohit Gupta Advocate for JDs/OPs.

 

                   DH/complainant has made a statement that he has received a cheque no.890555  amounting to Rs.46,999/- dated 17.02.2020 from JDs/OPs under protest.  He further stated that his claim amount is more than received amount. So, he will file the fresh complaint/execution for remaining amount. Hence, he withdraws his present execution petition with permission to file the fresh.

                 In view of statement of DH/complainant, present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file the fresh if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
