Ld. Counsel for the complainant is present by filing hazira. The instant complaint is taken up for admission hearing.
The ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that the complaint filed by the complainant have dome defects and the same is to be rectified, for which he has put endorsement “not pressed” in the margin of the complaint petition and also prays for liberty to file the same.
The prayer of the complainant is allowed with a liberty to file the same.
