Petitioner and counsel of both sides present. Matter is settled by the parties. Opposite party agreed to pay Rs.2,00,000/- (Two lakhs only) to the petitioner and they filed compromise petition as IA 22/14. Hence petition allowed. Opposite party is ordered to pay Rs.2,00,000/- (Two lakhs only) to the petitioner within one week of this order. Failing which petitioner is entitled to get 12% interest from the date of order till realization.
