ORDER

None present for the appellant.

This appeal has been filed on 18.12.2015.  Thereafter on 24.02.2016 counsel for appellant sought time to file legible copies of appeal memo. Thereafter none appeared on 08.03.2016.  Again on 04.04.2016 counsel for appellant sought time to furnish certain rulings.  On 05.08.2016 counsel was directed to furnish attested copy of the policy in question.  On 09.11.2016 the appeal was heard on admission and admitted.  Notice was directed to be issued on payment of PF within 7 days.  However, despite grant of opportunities on 09.11.2016, 08.02.2017 and 30.06.2017.  PF was not paid for notice to respondent.  On the last date none appeared for the appellant.  Today also none appeared for the appellant.  Today also none appeared nor has PF been paid.

It appears that appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.  The appeal is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
