Case record is put up today.

The case is fixed on 18-05-2021 for cross examination of PWs. In view of the petition filed by both the parties for preponding the proceeding the disposal the case is taken up. It is stated in the petition that it is an old pending case pending for disposal since 2016, so to avoid further unneccesary delay and wastages of valuable time both the parties have amicably decided to get the matter settle on compromise and prays to prepone the date of hearing fixing the same today and also to be pleases to disposed the case in terms of compromise ptn.

Both the parties are present at their learned counsel, heard the learned counsel for both the sides also persued the case record. Prayer is allowed. also seen the authoritariuan letterannexed with the ptn where the adv. D.J Mukherjee was authorized and empowered to move and sign joint compromise ptn in present case to compromise the case with the complainant Sri Kiran jYoti Das for a total sum of Rs 5,80,000 within

2 months from today.

The case is disposed of on compromise accordingly.
