            Today matter is listed for arguments on admission.  Perusal of the record shows that both parites do not come under the jurisdiction of West District. Hence matter is dismissed as non-maintainable in territorial jurisdiction under Section 34(2) of CPA.  Counsel for complainant states that she wants to withdraw this case with liberty to file the same before appropriate Court and Forum.
