Case taken up at 2.30 P.M. and called repeatedly but this time also neither complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance.  Perusal of file reveals that the case is fixed for evidence of complainant being last opportunity alongwith cost of Rs.250/- to be deposited in consumer legal aid.  Further perusal of file reveals that the case  is being adjourned for evidence of complainant since 02.04.2013 on his request  but he has failed to tender any evidence despite last opportunities.  As such, it is presumed that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint.  Hence, the present complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance of the complainant.
