It appears complainant is resident of Uttar Dinazpur District and O.P has his office in Chennai. The complainant has mentioned in the complaint that O.P has his branch office at Sona Wheel, 2^nd Floor, 2^nd Mile, Sevok Road, Siliguri but has not mentioned about the police station and District to attract jurisdiction of this commission rather the accident as alleged has also arose within the jurisdiction of Jalpaiguri District. In this circumstances this bench finds that this commission has no jurisdiction to entertain this complaint.
