2.  Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Limited, Branch at Prem Nagar,     Ambala City, through its Manager/Authorized Signatory.

Today, learned counsel for the complainants has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that due to technical defect he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the complainants with liberty to file afresh complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainants are at liberty to file afresh complaint, as per law. Assistant of this Commission is directed to handover the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining photocopies of the same on the file, on proper receipt and verification. Certified copy of the order be sent to the complainants, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
