The file taken up today on the application moved on behalf of the complainant.

The learned counsel for the OPs has made a statement that the matter has been compromised and as per compromise, the OPs will pay Rs. 75000/- to the complainant as full and final payment within a period of thirty days. Therefore, the learned counsel for the complainant has also made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that in the present complaint, he has compromised with the OP in the sum of Rs. 75000/-, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint.  Statement of both the parties have been recorded in this regard separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been compromised. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
