                Learned counsel for complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complainant and withdraw the same on technical defect and sought permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent jurisdiction.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and filed be consigned to the record room.
