5. Harsh minor aged about 13 years (son) of late Kuldeep Singh son of Ram Nath
Minor complainants No.4 & 5 who are living under the care and custody of their mother Smt.Sonia Devi, who has got no adverse interest to that of minors, so the minors are filing the present complaint through their mother- complainant No.3 as their natural guardian and mother.
All residents of village Sikri, Tehsil and District Karnal.

Today the case is fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility.
Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that due to technical reason, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same with permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.
In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies of the same. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
