                Today the case was fixed for notice to the OP-2. A careful perusal of the file, it reveals that since 2019, complainant has failed to get the service effected of the OP-2. No anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant. Case called several times since morning. It is already 04:00 PM. No further wait is justified. There is no justification to adjourn the case further for the same purpose as complaint pertains to year 2019.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
