Complainant is present on calls and files agent hazira.  Opposite party files agent hazira.  Today is fixed for passing order in respect of petition filed by the complainant on 21.6.2019.  It appears from the petition dated 20.06.2019 that the opposite party agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,40,000/- for settling the claim of the complainant vide letter dated 24.4.2019.  So, the complainant by filing the verified petition dated 20.6.2019 prayed to withdraw the complaint petition as the dispute has been settled amicably and he is not interested to proceed with the case.  He filed a Xerox copy of voter’s identity card in support of his identification being identified by Ld. Advocate Md.Asraful Alam Sarkar.  From the above discussion and perusing the documents this Forum may not cause impediment at the pious act of the parties.  So, the complaint petition is allowed to be withdrawn.  Hence, it is

That the complaint petition be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
