ORDER

                    Memo has been filed on behalf JD/OP. The counsel for the JD/OP  has appended a note on the execution application that he has no objection in case the entire amount deposited before the Hon’ble State Commission is released to the complainant. He has further stated that the complainant may move an application before the Hon’ble State Commission for the said purpose.

                   In view of the above, statement of the counsel for the JD, the complainant has appended a note on the execution application that he withdraws the same.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.

                   Dasti of this order be also given to the complainant.
