Ld. Agent for the complainant is present by filing hazira.

                                Ld. Agent on behalf of all the O.Ps is appeared before this Commission by filing V. Nama and prays for time to file W/V.

                             Complainant files a verified petition praying for withdrawal of the case on the ground that the dispute has been settled amicably with the O.Ps.

                                Ld. Agent for the complainant submits that the dispute between the complainant and the O.Ps has already been amicably settled and as such the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case any further.

                                Ld. Agent for the O.Ps raises no objection against the petition filed by the complainant and he has got no objection if the case is withdrawn by the complainant.

                                Considering the above facts and circumstances and in view of submission of the Ld.Agents, the prayer of t he complainant is allowed.

Hence, it is

                                                       Ordered

                               That the case be and the same is hereby withdrawn as per      prayer of the complainant and thus the same is disposed of on compromise. No costs.
