On 09.01.2024 the complainant filed a petition supported by affidavit stating that during the continuance of this case, the complainant came to know that the Official Address of the OP has been changed recently and it will be Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd, Office No. 201 & 202, L&T Chambers, 2nd Floor, 16, Camac Street, Kolkata, Pin -300017 instead the previous address of the OP as mentioned earlier in the Cause Title of the case and prays for amendment of the Cause Title of the Complaint Case.

The amendment, as sought for, is very formal in nature and if it be
allowed, will not change the nature and character of the complaint case.
So, the amendment, as sought for may be allowed.

Amend the Cause Title of the case and the Registrar accordingly.
