Heard.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 30.4.2019 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Vidisha (for short the “Forum”) in Complaint Case No.59/2018.
3. Undisputedly after passing of the impugned order in terms of the directions contained in the said order to reconsider and take appropriate decision about the claim of the appellant the respondent – Insurance Company has reconsidered the appellant’s claim and has awarded compensation to the extent of Rs.1,21,481/-.

4. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the aforesaid amount is inadequate and requires enhancement as claimed.
5. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant we are of the view that since after passing of the impugned order the respondent – Insurance Company has assessed the compensation the appellant has to challenge the said decision if he feels it to be not proper. We order accordingly.
6. However, we grant liberty to the appellant to challenge the decision in regard to quantum of compensation, if he feels that the same is inappropriate and inadequate before the appropriate Forum.
7. With the aforesaid liberty, we dismiss this appeal.
