ORDER

This appeal is by the complainant aggrieved by the order dated 20.10.2014 passed by the District Forum, Sagar in C.C.No. 70/2012.

We find that the order made by the District Forum Sagar in Case No. 70/12 dated 20.10.2014 elaborated in paragraph 15 clearly mentioned that the incident took place on 01.12.2002, but the information given to the concerning persons was on 21.02.2012.  While within the scope of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 Section 24 A it has been submitted in the appropriate Forum within two years, i.e. 31.11.2011 and this is not with the time limit as provided in the Act.

Therefore the Forum has rightly rejected the complaint made by the appellant.  We find no infirmity in the order passed by the District Forum. The appeal is therefore dismissed at the preliminary stage as having no merits at all.
