Present :-  Adv. Manoj Kumar for Complainant alongwith Mr. Jarnail Singh S/o Complainant.

           Counsel for Complainant states that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled for an amount of Rs. 14,60,000/- as full and final settlement and she already received the payment. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
