Both parties are absent. No steps taken today. On perusal of record it is found that since filing of the case complaint found always absent each and every posted dates and its a year old case. Neither the complainant nor his advocate is not showing interest to proceed with this case. Hence, the case is dismissed for default of the complainant accordingly.
