On strength of an advance petition filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the case is put up today. Copy served on the other side. He also filed a memo with serving copy to the other side stating therein that the matter has been settled amicable outside the Commission and the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case further more and the case may be dropped.

           In view of the memo filed by the petitioner, the case is dropped accordingly.
