                        The case is put up today for strength of advance petition filed by the complainant. Learned counsel for the complainant is present today and filed a withdrawal memo to withdraw the case on dt.25.07.2022. Copy served on the advocate for O.Ps.  In the memo, complainant is stating that the matter has been settled outside the Court as one time settlement (O.T.S.) between the complainant and the O.Ps. The complainant cleared the dues. Hence the complainant does not want to proceed with the case furthermore and prayed for withdrawal of the case. Heard the memo and it is allowed.

Accordingly, the C.C. Case is dismissed as withdrawn as per the prayer of the complainant.
