Lawyers for the parties submit that following compromise between the parties. The complainant has paid the entire dues to the Op and the Op has returned the vehicle to the complainant. Under such circumstance, the case is disposed of for-non prosecution in terms of the joint petition filed by the parties on 20/07/12.
