Both parties are absent several time case is called out no body appear on behalf of the parties or their counsels

On perusal of the record it appears that case is going for Ex-party hearing and case is in the years 2016 which is one of the oldest case in this forum.

For this it appears after admitting the case twice time issue notice has been issued against the O.P but he did not appear and he did not file show cause hence the case is fixed for Ex-party hearing after debasing for filing show cause vide order date 19/09/2017and Complainant is directed to tile all evidence orally or documentary but the complainant did not file any documents as well as evidence the said facts it is clear that come has no interest in his case and he file has case from 26/04/2017 to up till now I.E 07/06/2018.

Under circumstances and discussed above in absent of any original documents and evidence in support of the climes the com to decide the matter hence the case is here by dismissed in default.
