Complainant prays for time on lawyer’s ground. Op is present by filing hazira. Hd. and perused the record. It appears that the complainant on earlier occasion availed of the benefit of adjournment is his favour. It is also noticed that the case undergoes the stage of hearing on 13/02/2013, 11/03/2014, 25,04/2014, 22/05/2014, 17/06/2014, 11/07/2014 and lastly on this day. Whatever may be the ground, the proceeding should not be kept out of the track of being its progress. Thus only scope left for the Forum to drop the case with an order of dismissed of the proceeding, if the complainant does not come ready within 15 minutes. Hence, the application for time stands rejected. The complainant is asked to get ready accordingly.
