The complainant is absent on repeated calls and no steps is taken. None for the complainant is also present.  On scrutiny it appears that the instant Consumer Complaint was filed by the complainant on 27.09.2023 fixing 11.10.2023 for admission hearing  and since then complainant remained absent on 11.10.2023, 31.10.2023, 03.11.2023, 17.11.2023, 23.11.2023 and on today i.e. 12.12.2023 also.  No documents in original has been filed for the complainant to tally the document as annexed in the Consumer Complaint for its perusal and as such we are not inclined the Consumer Complaint and as such the same is not admitted.

However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action alogn with necessary documents if so advised, if not otherwise barred by law.
