                  Sh. Jasbir Singh, GPA, Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Com. alongwith Sh. Neeraj Rajoria, Adv. for the Op.

               

                 Ld. Counsel for both the parties stated at bar that they have reached at compromise.  Statement of both the parties recorded.  Statement of Sh. Jasbir Singh, GPA, Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Com. recorded to the effect that the complainant has made the payment of Rs.20,000/- as full and final settlement and the Op will issue the NOC within 30 days from the date of order.  Statement of ld. counsel for the complainant also recorded to the effect that in view of said statement given by the authorized representative of Op, he withdraws the present complaint.  In view of statement of ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Both the parties are bound by their own statements.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
