Perused the material available on record .no cogent evidence is adduced by the complainant to substantiate his claim. It is the duty of the complainant to prove his case but complainant failed to adduce any evidence u/s 38 (6) of C.P Act. 2019. Hence, we found no merit in this complaint. Accordingly dismissed. However, no order to cost. Pending application if any is disposed of accordingly.
