2.  Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd., through its Branch Manager, SCO no.193, Sector-12 HUDA, Karnal.
3. Secretary, Regional Transport Authority (RTA), Karnal.

                Today the case is fixed for remaining evidence of the complainant as well as for filing the reply to the application for dismissal/rejection of the complaint and consideration thereupon.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.     

                 In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
