             Smt.Sweety Sharma, complainant suffered statement that      she withdrew the present complaint due to some technical issue being the complaint regarding vehicle No.PB-01-9803 has already filed by me 14.12.2020 with permission for filing new separate complaint regarding vehicle No.PB-01-5265 and PB-02-CZ-6831 alongwith dispute of the loan taken by late Sh.Vijay Kumar, real owner of the above said vehicle as legal heir of the above said late Sh.Vijay Kumar. In view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint after removing the technical defects. File be consigned to the record room.
