Sh. Sukhwinder Singh Legal Executive of Cholamandlam Investment and Finance Company Limited alongwith Sh. Bikramjit Singh Arri Advocate counsel for opposite party has suffered the statement that the compromise has been effected between the parties. I have been authorized by the Cholamandlam Company to make the statement in the present complaint on its behalf. I further stated on behalf of Company that if the complainant will approach the Company for getting the finance for commercial vehicle then the Company will finance the vehicle of the complainant and allow the complainant to finance the same on lesser rate of interest prevailing at that time within one year on submission of required documents for finance which are necessary for getting the finance amount.

On the other hand, Sh. Sarabjit Singh complainant alongwith counsel Sh. S.S. Mehndiratta Advocate has also suffered the statement that the compromise has been effected between the parties. I have heard the above said statement and the same is correct. In view of the above said statement I withdraw the present complaint.

In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties are directed that the parties behave properly when they meet. However, the parties are bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs by the District Consumer Commission, Amritsar as per rules. File be sent back to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar.
